Forgot to tell you...

We had our 4 month check up on Friday. The girls have not put on much weight since their last visit- Addi is 12 lbs and Lili 12 lbs 13 oz. They did grow quite a bit in length! They are now in the 60%s for heights and heads but only 20-30%s for weight. Skinny little bittys with big fat heads. The doc was proud though. They got their shots (which the hated) and we were told we could try adding rice to their formula to help with the spit ups. That lasted only a few days as our girls faced some PAINFUL constipation issues. Adding prune juice to every other feeding in addition to rice just seemed like a bigger pain in the bum than the spits. The doc had reminded us that the choking episodes were merely situational anyway and that rice or no rice it wouldn't probably matter. It will probably be another month before we start cereal- we need a little better head control first. So all in all everything went well!
